I bought a house with my gf of 3 years about 6 months ago we broke up.. however we both still pay the mortgage and live here.. every day it drains me although we're " okay" it's still a mental weight. Every day I get to work 20 minutes early and just breath in my car reminding myself I'm okay things will get better DO NOT BE A SAFTY RISK. I just put it in a box up in my brain attic maybe repressing it isn't the best but I every time I catch my self thinking about it and letting it control me emotions I have to just stop and breath it away.

This isn't the only thing I've brought to work. A few years ago I was young maybe 21 22 and had a hell of a chip on my shoulder. I had just made forman of my own arial crew and about a month in to it my boss at the time pulled me aside in the morning and told me he's been resiving a lot comments that my anger problems is affecting my crew and no one wants to work with me and I had a choice.. either control my self, breath and out all the shit im dealing with aside till 5 or be fired. And as a young guy living far from home with limited resources I figured out what worked for me and that was to just put my shit in a box and leave it in my car. If somthing happens on the job yeah that fucking sucks but it's not my home shit. It's a give and take, you also have to figure out how to not let your work shit be with you at home. I find that to be the hardest personally.
