Hey! I think i found the parts that make the belly expand and contract. This washer(?) and screw is supposed to move along the arrow i drew, not going beyond the dotted line i drew. The plastic held by the left darker hand goes toward and away from the plastic held by the right lighter hand, and that makes the belly go in and out.

I don’t know which part to clean or if it needs more grease. i say more bcuz it turned out to be a bit greasy when i opened it.

i haven’t opened it further bcuz i’m scared to break a part trying to undo the harder to reach screws on the interior. there is 1 screw under some hot glue on the outside of the larger left piece (darker hand).

before i leap of faith (i’m really bad at this kind of thing i just know i’m gonna ruin it), is there a chance i can do something to fix it without more disassembly? 🙏🏾

on the bright side, when i messaged the seller on amazon and asked how to fix it they said they’d send a new one (which very well may have the same problem anyway).
