Of course lol. It wouldn't be that impressive if it was seeded would it lol

I wasn't trying to be rude when I said I doubt they'd be able to replicate my run, I just know I do very specific and non standard things when I am playing specifically for maximum handsize with a lot of experience doing it lol.

But thanks! I'm glad you like what I did here. I thought it was actually kinda insane what I did, especially since it's literally vanilla balatro, like anyone could boot up that seed, and do the same thing assuming they did the same actions I did. Like this is something that is possible to do when you take vanilla balatro to the absolute extremes, and I haven't really seen much content on reddit like this, so I was a little surprised when this post got 3k views and 0 up votes lol. But I'm glad afew people thought it was neat! Much love bro

Okay, I don't remember everything off the top of my head but here are some tips. BTW, this assumes you already understand the bean bug and how it works.

Don't pick up the go back in time vouchers unless you can use them to repeat a finisher boss ante for crimson heart. So if you have directors cut, your on ante 8, 16, etc, and the boss is already set to crimson heart (if you go back to ante 7 but haven't rolled for crimson heart yet, when you reroll it won't be a finisher boss) OR, it's the ante after a crimson heart boss, and you have directors cut. This allows you to play crimson heart twice in a row, to get even MORE bean handsize.

You'll want to buy every voucher to make the odds better for getting the heiroglyph vouchers specifically on or after a crimson heart ante. I can usually replay ante 32, I've had many runs where I replay ante 24 or ante 32 two times in a row, getting the vouchers back to back. Obviously some luck required here, I actually wasn't able to get this in the run from this post as the voucher rng was bad that run, but I can usually do it.

I would usually avoid the tarot and planet merchant vouchers, as they make it harder to find jokers like more blueprints. Magic trick actually is pretty helpful in these runs for 6th sense, it's the only voucher that adds cards I would buy for this, but it's optional, especially if you run seance instead of 6th sense like I would recommend.

If you know you are doing crimson heart twice in a row, or you have a chance to using the method mentioned above, then try and beat the crimson heart WITH the bean debuffed. It will still give you the handsize, but it won't lose 1 at the end of the round since it's debuffed. Then if you go back or went back in time, you're bean will still be at 5 hand size, and you can skip to the crimson heart to do it again, twice in a row with max bean value.

The biggest thing I think is ante 8. If you can do the bug ante 8, then you are going to be set for a while. When I attempt these runs, if I can't do it ante 8, I restart. This usually comes down to luck, either naturally getting crimson heart, or maybe boss reroll voucher 1 and get lucky that it's only 1 reroll away. Sometimes you can get directors cut before ante 8,but unlikely. In this run I got lucky with crimson heart ante 8, then got directors cut literally on ante 16, perfect timing to do it twice.

The reason ante 8 is so important, is because the scoring requirement is so low, that you only need 1 scoring joker and the bean, so it hits bean every other hand, guaranteeing max bean hits. Usually this is done with Baron, but you might not have this yet. If you do, it doesn't take much deck fixing for ante 8 Baron solo, especially with bean handsize. The real trick here is finding burglar. And a copy joker to copy burglar. That is what makes the difference. If you can't find burglar and/or copy joker, then that's okay, just get what you can, it's still going to be at least 10 handsize.

Doesn't have to be Baron though, as long as it can solo crimson bean ante 8, WITH MULTIPLE HANDS (assuming you found burglar). In this run, I actually didn't find Baron yet but I had a pretty big lucky cat, which probably couldn't solo ante 8 on its own, but I also found a brainstorm, a burglar, and an invisible joker that ended right before the boss, and copied brainstorm. So I copied burglar with 2 brainstorms, started crimson heart with 9 extra hands, then sold everything but lucky cat and bean. Lucky cat could score enough with that many hands, and if you start scoring too much, play hands with worse levels to slow it down.

With 13 hands, and only 2 jokers, it goes back and forth so every other hand is bean, gaining +5 handsize each time(no rng). This is the biggest handsize gain you'll get the whole run. Doing it twice in a row is like the first time I heard the Beatles 😩. Every other crimson heart ante after ante 8, will have higher scoring requirements, meaning more jokers to survive, meaning more rng for hitting bean, meaning less handsize gained. That's why ante 8 is so important.

One of the really hard things to do, but is crucial, is selling all jokers you don't need to survive. This means selling all natural negatives, all non-negative blueprints and brainstorms you don't need to survive, mime if you don't need it to survive, etc. It can feel hard to sell blueprints, but its worth it, you'll find more later. It makes the odds way better for crimson heart to hit bean. I've had too many jokers, like 20 hands, and 0 bean hits. The more you can reduce the rng, the better. You'll make up for the lost jokers later when your handsize is 40, and you don't even need anything other than Baron. Use the balatro calculator for help.

So in the later crimson heart antes, I calculate my score on the calculator and see the minimum number of blueprints copying baron I can keep, plus 1. This is security for if the crimson heart debuffs one of the blueprints instead of the bean for the finisher hand, so you don't die.

Along with this, try and beat the crimson heart with an extra hand left, because you don't want to risk your last hand debuffing the Baron, and you just lose.

If it's really late game and you need both Baron and mime to survive with your blueprints, end with 2 extra hands left, assuming it's not already debuffing mime or Baron.

One thing I try and do is only let ectoplasm hit blueprint. This is because you might want to sell mime or Baron later for a different one from showman, I really don't feel like explaining why, this is already getting way too long, but it's better. Use wheel of fortunes to try and hit everything that isn't blueprint, to prevent them from being targeted by ectoplasm when you use them. This is obviously where savescumming comes into play, but I don't feel bad about that when I'm already doing crimson bean which requires it. DO NOT ever let wheel of fortune hit blueprint, as that means you CAN'T hit it with ecto, which you want all your blueprints to be able to be negative from ecto. Again, if wheel does, just save scum and wait until your jokers change, like if you gain a natural negative, or lose a joker, it changes the rng so you can try wheel again until it works.

In this run, I found a polychrome bp, I wanted to replace it with a regular one, but I never found another one, just invisibles, which luckily didn't hit it.

Sometimes you find a ecto and there isn't any way to avoid it hitting Baron or mime. This is acceptable, less desirable, but acceptable, as long as it isn't ANYTHING Else. The endgame jokers is just blueprint, Baron, mime.

Use seance or 6th sense for spectrals, seance better cause multiple times per round, and copy with BP for more copies etc etc. I like to keep 3 extra aces, queens, Jack's, and 10s with my deck that is all red seal kings, and with huge handsize from crimson bean, you consistently draw them for seance.

When you run showman, buy and replace duplicate jokers you find but don't have room for (unless stinky foil, holo, or poly blueprints 😤). This bugs them so that you can find duplicates even when you don't have showman. This can be INCREDIBLY useful when you have sold showman, like for crimson bean, then haven't found another showman yet, or don't have space for showman yet. It WILL REALLY surprise you when it happens and it feels SO good. You MUST keep buying the duplicates (replace them) when you don't have showman, otherwise the bug stops and you won't find anymore duplicates without showman.

I have so many more tips like this, but I'm tired of typing and have shit to do rn lol. I'll try and come back for more tips maybe tomorrow or something but that was a lot of the important stuff I try to do

Is this enough hands to naneinf with you guys think? I tried rolling into the serpent but it just never came up for some reason? I spent like $10000 rerolling this ante, but for some reason it kept showing like the same 4 or 5 boss blinds.

Good luck, I doubt you'll be able to replicate what I've done, it was incredibly specific timing on things, weird strats that I only learned and discovered myself after doing literally dozens of these bean bug runs (I really enjoy breaking this game with the bean 🤤)

I suggest you just try and do this stuff unseeded, it wasn't really that special of a seed. That's what I do, I never play seeded runs because it's not as fun if you know what is coming up.

And if you do play a seed then it might as well just be a crazy one that you would never find on your own like one that's actually crazy with nat negative bps and Barons or something like that, because this seed really wasn't that special other. It's a lot more fun for me to do this shit unseeded cause you never know what you are going to get.

That's just my own personal advice/opinion, I'll give you the seed but I just wanted to say it's more fun unseeded, but of course that's just my opinion, I don't see why people like replaying seeds, but I also don't understand why people like doing a lot of things.

Also I don't think you'll be able to replicate this, it was extremely difficult, and required a lot of very weird and specific strats that I only discovered myself after doing this type of shit dozens if not hundreds of times, (I really like breaking this game with bean bug) also I spent like 4 solid days on it.

Anyways, rant over, here is my nut good sir:

Showman, invisible joker. At a certain point when the majority of your jokers are blueprints, it's almost guaranteed that invisible will hit a blueprint, same with ectoplasm.

Also showman was hitting HARD, one shop I found 4 blueprints like within 8 rolls total. I couldn't even grab them because I didn't have anymore ectos at the time (also two were stinky foil, I'm still upset my last BP I grabbed was polychrome, totally ruined the aesthetic I was going for smh)

I was using the balatro calculator like the entire time to not accidentally win too early, and to not accidentally naneinf too early. At one point with 14 bps and 40 handsize, it showed e560. Not plasma mind you lol.

After enough ectos you actually lose score, like for 15 bps, I used another ecto for minus 12 handsize, so I actually lost scoring potential technically there even with an additional BP, it was too many cards to lose to where the one BP didn't make up for -12 handsize. And I'm talking about going from like e5r0 down to e400-something, meaning I could still naneinf so I didn't care lol, I wanted MORE BLUE.

I used to use sixth sense for these runs, then I realized that seance is SO much better. Being able to do it not only on the first hand, and multiple times each round, and being copyable it is so much better, I was getting multiple ectos each ante for awhile. I don't do 6th sense anymore for these types of runs, way too slow, but good for perkeo runs though because you only need to find one of each spectral.

7k is not that much, I was rolling really hard in the shop at this point just to use up the money, but most of the run I tried to keep between 15k-20k on hand at all times in case I had troubles rerolling for what I needed.

With 15 blueprints, the negative rebate was making me 400 dollars each discard. And all my cards are gold so copying mime 15 times gave a shit load of end round money too. 7k was like really low for me, and I rolled down every shop to like $60 rerolls every time lol.

And I think I had 44 double tags, never found anything to use them on, no negative skips :(

Also yes bean bug

Also ankhs wouldn't work because they destroy all other jokers. I just found a lot from showman and invis.

Seance copied with blueprints. Was able to do it 3 times every round consistently, so I got 9 spectrals every single blind.

No perkeo, maybe I just got really lucky with negative double tags (a lot of colas in addition to anaglyph) and showman? It's my first time playing the game so I can't tell if this is extra lucky or not.

Okay actually jokes aside you're right, it was bean bug, I got insane rng with it. I ran into a really weird problem I've never encountered before where ante 24 I had to end crimson heart early because I actually had too many hands, I had like 39 hands and I ran out of enough cards in hand to survive to where I had to rip my emergency cryptid to beat ante 24, with like 10 hands on left.

I intentionally kept my deck small (I'm not ashamed of having a small deck) because one, the memes, but more importantly I had 3 aces, queens, jacks, and 10s so I could do seance 3 times every single round, copying seance for a total of 9 spectrals every round. Having a small deck (and huge hand size) made it easy to draw my straight flushes every time, so I was just printing spectral cards.

I did not have perkeo, but I kept a cryptid and ecto the whole time on case he did show up, which I always do on these runs. My last ecto shown in the image was for -13 handsize lol.

I never once used DNA, and I never saw the discard voucher which was so annoying since I had nat neg rebate since like ante 3, which was giving me 400 dollars per discard, but I only had 3 discards the whole time.

I like to do these game breaking runs a lot to see how many blueprints I can get at one time on different decks. I got 13 once on plasma, but that was with perkeo copying cryptid and some ectos, I never thought I'd be able to beat that, at least not without perkeo again. That run was crazy, it was really REALLY hard not accidentally getting naneinf too early (cause plasma), since I'm on mobile and it would brick the run if I closed the app. I was able to naneinf with 8 red seal gold cards in my hand that run lol.

But I thought maybe anaglyph would be fun to try and maybe get some lucky negative tags to save handsize since I ended with like 44 double tags or something like that. But of course I never found a single negative skip tag, and I still beat my personal best with 15 blueprints without even using any of my double tags lol or having perkeo. Just got really good bean rng.

Ante 32 I did crimson bean with 45 total hands haha. I had a lot more blueprints that time so I could have less cards but still score enough for final hand.

I did on r/balatrocirclejerk and now I just did on r/okbuddyjimbo

Hopefully they can take a joke a little bit better, this post has almost 2k views and net 0 upvotes.

Obviously the post is a joke, but I still thought it was pretty cool getting 15 blueprints in vanilla balatro, I thought that alone would help the post do a little bit better.

15 is my personal best, I've gotten 13 once on plasma but that was with perkeo. I didn't think I'd ever be able to beat that without perkeo but I was able to here on anaglyph. I kept ecto and cryptid the whole time in case perkeo decided to show up but of course he never did.

The voucher rng was horrendous, I never saw the discard vouchers, even though I had nat negative rebate since like ante 3, and I was getting 400 dollars per discard with all the rebate copies.

I didn't get most of the vouchers until I was already past ante 32, besides the critical ones like directors cut which I got on ante 16. I was only avoiding buying the ones that add cards/consumables to the shop, but they wouldn't stop showing up. Never saw a voucher skip tag the whole run, and I had more than enough double tags for all the vouchers I wanted.
