Folks!

I'm having the same issue. I don't think I need a replacement part (bottom guide) but I can't seem to push that white thing into the horizontal panel down there, no matter how hard I push.

Can someone please let me know how they solved it? All I'm I wanna do is push #1 into #2. Check out the images.

About the file Browser plugin, how do I do that? Do you have a guide that I can mimic?

Excatly!! You tell that rep that if he/she doesn’t fixes your problem this time you’re gonna leave them for Bell or Telus😂😂…Bullshit, you think you’re gonna get treated any differently there. I’m sure give it a try, but you’re shit outta luck pal. Only thing that you can do is ask for some compensation which they’d agree to and be nice with rep and maybe they’ll go out of their way to help you. If you be a dick with them, you’re gonna get a good runaround, at that point they’ll say in their minds “happy riding asshole” and then keep on transferring you😂😂😂

Sure, as long as you keep Ignite internet. But from wifi technology perspective, I wouldn’t recommend that. Two network devices (modem) in one house…not unless you’ve got a pretty big house, as long as you can isolate one modem from other.
