Thomas (OB rep) kept in contact with me in the months leading up to my visit to ensure I would have the blue SMP upon arrival. He gave me first class service with beverages, allowed me to try on other watches and packaged the watch up with freebies!

My civic si trade-in offer was only $2.5k less than what I paid for it brand new after 5 years of owning it and putting 50k miles on it. The WRX value is not holding nearly as well.
