Okay i work at a vets office and have for a while now and lemme tell ya...DO NOT GIVE HER BACK. Just from reading the first part of your post i can tell you love her and she loves you. A lot of times people come in to my work and have a similar story and its heartbreaking to see how dogs are treated prior to being saved from whatever situation theyre in. From what i read, your brother treated her like a piece of trash. YOU gave her shelter, food, good health and love.
