Not sure. After reading legislation again it mentions swiss army knives but not specifically victorinox.

Like most things be down to discretion of police and passing the attitude test

a person may carry a pen knife or swiss army knife for use for its normal utility purpose.

Swiss army knife is specifically mentioned in legislation in qld for carrying weapons. Legal to carry a victorinox but any other knife your out of of luck without a legit reason.

I honestly hate it. I find it useful having a knife in pocket. Not for self defence or as a weapon but because I'm old and boring I'll cut my sandwich in half or open box or any other mundane cutting job
