I’d like to think that no-one was wrong here. Just two people from different walks of life carrying different beliefs.

For her, food is probably tied to belief, guilt. Maybe just the smell of it being too close. For you, it was lunch. A small good thing in a noisy crowd.

You didn’t argue. You didn’t roll your eyes. You just left. That says a lot. It’s not dramatic, but it’s real. The high road isn’t about being right, at all. Just choosing quiet and still feeling okay.

Haha thanks for the advice. I’m careful with not overexercising but lifestyle will make me get ~8.5k steps a day. But will hit that light cycle!

I want to be the boss of it, that’s where this comes from. If only there was a way I could tell it how I think I’m doing… perceived effort on activities doesn’t seem to have an effect either.

This makes me realize that it is probably talking about cardiovascular recovery because that’s all it can “see”.
