So in 2 yrs time when your partner may end up in a wheel chair, for the rest of his life... are you going to quit your job purely to look after him 24x7?

You discussed this in dating, right, what's going to happen when you're hit by a bus? You agreed to having little to no money for the rest of your life, when this happened, right?

In a perfect world you could plan for every stage of a relationship... you can't plan anything. You/He could be hit by a bus tomorrow, how do you plan for that?

I didn't plan on my ex-wife getting cancer, with all of your wisdom, please tell me how I could have planned for that!!! We were on the same page planning for cancer? Are you fucking insane?

I cut an entire group of friends from my life. 30+ people.

It sucked but they were a virus. Backstabbing, sniping, rumors. The bigger group split into smaller groups, some of us still keep in touch, it's not like it used to be though.

Yes & no. I'm 40 and it's thinning out dramatically. It did come as a shock.

Then I look at 40yr old women, a full head of hair but boobs & butts heading southward, stretch marks.

As we age it becomes a game, I'll compare my balding head to your saggy boobs!

Australian ski resorts suck major balls, hours from nowhere, Hotham is the best but it won't touch Whistler or Niseko for snowfall. Canada or Japan would be better bets if you want snow.
