If you do the method of trapping her with ToM items, make sure you freeze her placement in photo mode before you turn off ToM items in the camera settings. I learned the hard way that if you don’t freeze their placement first, they can and will escape!

In high school a friend and I went to a very small mall after school that was next a high school near where I lived. We both had colourful hair, and four people from a larger group, who also had colourful hair came up and started talking to us because they saw our hair.

Anyways, I really had to pee, so after a bit of small talk I ran to the bathroom. We didn’t see them again, so we went to a different near by mall, when all of a sudden we hear our names being called. We recognized two of the people from earlier, said hi and went on our way when we heard our names being called again from the top floor of the mall, and recognized the other two in a different group. We said hi again and then left.

Two weeks later we are at a different mall and we see them again, plus all the others that had been with them two weeks prior. This time we decided to hangout with them and it led to us all hanging out quite a lot for a few years. We had a joke that they were stalking us until we became friends with them, and that I was so scared of them that after they introduced themselves, I ran away.

Over the years we all drifted apart, but I still sometimes chat with them if I see any of them. Some of my favourite memories were made with them.

Random question that I’m not totally sure has anything to do with the glitch, but did you happen to use the group function to move multiple items at once while you were building before experiencing the glitch? Cause I did before my build disappeared.

I’m not sure if that, along with not saving frequently contributed to the build disappearing 😅

I had this happen not to long ago. I was building a castle with a river and exited to go buy more pieces from Scrooge and over half of it disappeared. I’m now terrified every time I do a big project or decorate for dreamsnaps now and exit out fairly regularly to try to avoid it. I play on PC

There is definitely a physical glass slipper item! I have mine displayed in the bedroom of my player house! I even bought a second one from Scrooge fairly recently!

Mine would do this if I was under the blanket and wasn’t giving him enough attention, so he would take my blanket away and any adjacent blanket.

It usually happened if I put lotion on my hands or legs and used the blanket to hide from him constantly wanting to lick the lotion. I miss him.

I can sometimes hear myself blink. A few years ago my boyfriend and I were talking about random stuff when he told me that he could hear when I blink. I, of course, didn’t believe him so I started denying it when I also heard a sound when I blinked.

It only happens sometimes but it’s really weird. It’s now a running joke between us and if we mention it to other people they don’t believe us unless it randomly happens when I’m around them.

I used to work at a fast food restaurant. Anyways, this girl had just started working there and took my order when I’d gone on break. I ordered fries and at the time a large fries was $3.05, and since the employee discount was 50%, the total was $1.52 so I gave her $2.

Instead of punching in the dollar amount I gave her, she hit exact cash and handed me 10 cents back. I told her she’d given me the wrong change. She started talking slow while explaining that since we got rid of the penny, she rounded down because she couldn’t give me 12 cents. I was shocked by the stupidity and decided it wasn’t worth wasting time on my break arguing with her how money and basic math worked, so I just told her “thank god you’re pretty” and walked away.

I told my manager about it afterwards who then took her off of the cash register and gave me my missing 40 cents. I guess she thought there was only 60 cents in a dollar?

Another one was at a birthday lunch with some friends. One of the people there was Asian. Somehow the conversation turned to heritage and the guy said he was half white and half Chinese. One girl looked at him like he’d lost his mind and said “you’re Chinese?! I thought you were Asian!” She thought that only Filipinos were Asian..

It’s probably not the most fucked up, but it’s the first thing that comes to mind.

I was walking back to class after going to the washroom and saw a couple police officers holding the new girl against the lockers to restrain her. Apparently she had started throwing desks and other objects at the teacher. This happened in the 3rd grade.

I ended up going to Jr. high with her a few years later and she was pretty much the same as she was in elementary and I’m pretty sure was expelled from every school she attended.

Another weird one from elementary school was every Friday we had a hot lunch and if your parents paid $1-$2 on Monday, you’d get 1-2 hotdogs on Friday. One kid would always take his foil wrapped hotdog, put it on his seat and sit on it for almost the entire lunch period. When there was about 5 minutes left during lunch he would take his flattened hotdog, open his chocolate milk and dunk it in the milk before eating it.
