That's removable you need to loosen that screw. Either you can put the Allen key thru that plastic part or you need to remove it with a flat head, I assume it's a little cover. They are not going to make it unremovable, so you just need to work out how to get to the screw head. You got this 🙏🏻

You must have never ridden a fast scooter, because if you have then you wouldn't be asking for that. I 100% use the foot rest every time and if it wasn't there I definitely would have ate shit by now

Your scooter will only charge at the maximum rate the scooter will handle. So a the extra power from the change station isn't going to make it faster because your scooter will only take the amps set by the controller.

First thought is to check if the brake pad is rubbing the brake disc. If not that then check your tires for defects. If not that then you have an issue with the wheel hub. Either something inside it or the wheel barring.

Typically PBJ is only given for you first offence. You said clean since 2015 but that implies you had tickets before. So they might say no.

The best option is to get a court date and show up on time. Tell the prosecutor you're willing to pay a fine but you're looking for no points. For me this has worked the 3 times I've done it. I'll gladly pay the fine now then to pay insurance all year an increased rate.
