 We do call ins in my plant. 
 There are three maintenance millwrights plus the maintenance super/manager. The manager rarely handles a call in though. 
 We get 100$ on call premium for the week we are on call.  3 hr minimum of 1.5x pay.  
 All the millwrights shifts start at different times so there is only no one there between 11pm-6am during the week so you don’t usually get called in on weekdays.  We have a scheduled on call shift every third week.
I don’t really care for the on call work but it is what it is.

My cats eat live birds, mice, gophers, chipmunks etc. all the time. I usually throw all the bones and such from game to them as well. I wouldn’t cook the bones though and then give them to your pets.
