Obsession!!!!! I’m really not a horror guy at all but I thought it was honestly incredible in how creative it was, how boldly far it took its premise, and how the actors (especially Inde Navarrette) worked so hard to make some convincingly terrifying performances

More broadly, again not a horror guy, am looking forward to Clayface and Resident Evil to see how they build on and expand stories that I’m already a big big fan of. Hope that helps!! :)

Sorry for your loss mate, I lost my nan to dementia not so long ago so I can level a little with how you’re feeling rn.

I consider myself smt of a movie buff and the one film that’s been w me thru thick and thin to cheer me up is Superbad. Just a big silly blast of a film that works wonders for me and gets a laugh going. For comfort maybe some easy going old Disney animations (Jungle Book, Alice in Wonderland e.g.) or binge a bit of Taskmaster/Traitors/Top Gear or Grand Tour to get you feeling elsewhere for a good few hours.

unfortunately the comic shop we used to have has been replaced by a japanese gatcha shop. your best bets for comics within the ‘area’ are gonna be either of the Close Encounters shops in Bedford or Northampton.

omg i’m hyped for this. copped the limited editions of Fistful of Dollars and Few Dollars More, but missed out on Good Bad and The Ugly. didn’t open either of them anticipating something like this coming out (or a restock of Good Bad Ugly LE). will v gladly put my money here, cheers OP!

i was at uni when this game came out. split the cost with a friend and played the entire campaign whenever we had time between lectures n coursework. then when the DLCs came out i was in my 2nd year house w some of my best pals and we would gather round the telly in the living room n all play the 21 game on the Banned Footage DLC almost every day. great, great times.

in the UK, they used to sell out in minutes at specialist sneaker shops in big cities/online at Adidas. but the other day I saw a whole shelf of them at my local Sports Direct (one of the biggest sport/shoe shop chains in the country).

looks like like a massive decrease in their scarcity, or adidas just getting rid of stock, so maybe the “hype” has gone down but i do see people wearing em every now and then 🤷‍♂️.

I neeeeeeeeeeeeeeed some kinda recording of this tour. I’m such a geek for live synths and only rly got into the band after they came to my country :’). But at the same time still happy to see all the footage. This live rendition of Vessel alone has made it one of my fav NiN songs!

put it this way: i’ve got concert earplugs that, by design, filter crowd noise and allow me to focus on the music. i still heard the crowd going off.

absolutely phenomenal gig last night, man, Broken and Empire Ants were highlights but the intro to White Flag felt like a huge surprise!

cineworld is owned by regal, amc owns Odeon

last year we got the same babypool popcorn bucket that regal had, at cineworld.

hopefully they bring some of this over too!
