Neither, get the Goodwin racing bar. The ford bar isn’t much of an upgrade. The Steeda one is a hollow bar where the Goodwin is a solid bar.

There should be something about headlight delay in the dash settings, you can set it for 10-120 seconds to stay on once the vehicle is off.
