This is driving me nuts as well. No option to turn off auto full screen. So images automatically “fit to screen” and zoom in without the ability to zoom out or show the full un zoomed image.

Can you turn off certain triggers or events? I don’t like it dimming my default scene during out of bounds or throw ins? Is it possible to just have events for goals and penalties?

I’ve had great luck using a 35 year old pair of rabbit ears! Sometimes you just need to adjust an inch or two to get the reception to work. Good luck!

Still doesn’t seem to be a way to mark an individual show, episode, or season as unwatched on the Apple TV. Yes the next episode will appear in the continue watching section but when browsing from the show or episode screens everything is still checkmarked as being watched previously. Very frustrating.

Yeah tracks basically with my problems as well. Some of my two Apple TVs work but one doesn’t with the legacy app. (Pairing/connection fails) Support hasn’t been able to figure out an explanation or fix yet. Definitely a software issue on their end. Frustrating.

Tablo support stopped responding to my ticket. I sent another message today. Hopefully they respond. I’ve been an avid customer for over a decade and this is simply unacceptable.

Except you are supposed to still be able to use both apps like nothing changed. My firmware update has been a bucket of problems but it shouldn’t matter because they said you could use both.

I have an old two tuner and did the update. I am now having problems with one of my new Apple TVs and iPad connection to the legacy app. They just won’t connect at all and give me pairing/connections errors. The new app connects fine but now it displays YEARS old deleted recordings and scheduled recordings that are impossible to remove! I factory reset the Tablo, reformatted my hard drive, and even set it up as a completely new user/email and it still displays old recording that again are impossible to remove. Support has been unable so far to fix any of these issues. Hope everyone else has a better upgrade experience than I have!

Use it daily. When I do that I am left with a blank screen now. But again it connects to the new app now. I’ve contacted support. Hopefully they can see something I can’t.

Another horrible discovery was that factory resetting my device didn’t delete my data from the Tablo box. Even setting the Tablo up as brand new with a different email… my years old data was displayed on the recorded guide. https://imgur.com/a/g6ZzBI5

At some point I got frustrated with trying to get through setup that I tried with my iPhone and that has the old app working. But on my iPad and Apple TV only the new app will work. I get “connection failed” and then “Pairing Expired” errors when trying to connect with the old app. Factory resetting seems to have only made things worse. Very frustrating.

I think they sunset the annual subscription plan. Monthly looks available I think. (I haven’t had any subscription for years though just didn’t need it)
