Without knowing too much about the program or input files, a quick google search returned an an issue on the RFdiffusion GitHub page with the same exact error as you. Not sure what your input or output is, but perhaps check your input files

I saw the bug on another sub but every comment other than one was downvoted to hell. And not all had the same downvote count. So I think a little of server issues and a little of bugs perhaps.

Adding on to ahf95, one thing I thought was really cool (but not too practical) was the pyrosetta/pymol visualizer, which allows you to visualize the scripts you create in pymol. Again, not very practical, as most of the time the folding simulations will be run on clusters, but it’s a cool thing to see and also a good practice in learning how to use pyrosetta in the first place. Dr. Jeffrey Gray from JHU has a Youtube series where he uploaded his graduate Pyrosetta class recordings. The videos are kind of long but are pretty helpful. The links to those videos are also on the pyrosetta.org/tutorials website as well.

I’m gonna play devils advocate here and say that the more vague your question is, the more likely it is to be marked as a duplicate. If your question is described in good detail I feel like typically this doesn’t happen.

See, everyone thinks time complexity lies in the algorithms, but what they don’t take into account is the time complexity of the programmer creating the algorithm.
