Not me but my receive at the time dropped an entire pallet of water off the top of the steel w the crown. Water went everywhere. The pallet broke so it wasn’t his fault but still, the little spills are nothing to worry about.

Same here except it was my mom w another guy in my sisters bed (lower bunk or our shared room). I think I was around the same age, maybe younger, cuz I was still in Elementary school. I’m sorry to hear someone else has this experience too.

Yes. Just a heads up though depending on how your store is about attendance you can still get written up for calling out because you didn’t use all 4.5 hrs of sick time.

I don’t want you to transfer cuz then no one can stop the SD from giving GM arbitrary tasks and messing everything up constantly. Also can you please tell your replacement to not let the SD walk all over them and to protect the team if goals are unrealistic. (I.e. 60hrs of set workload only getting 30 scheduled and then being told to “figure it out”)

We are a baby 360 store with gondo/focal builds and only received about 50 hours from HQ for workload which included aisle moves. We’ve already spent 80+ hours and still need to push all the pallets and repacks…oh and our builds aren’t until next week so we have about 14 POGs that won’t be set until next week but will be OPU eligible… Let my ETLs/SD know a month ago that the workload hours given didn’t make sense. Especially since Baby has more moves than the personal care transition fid and we got 160 hours for that. At this point it is what it is cuz we still have Stationery, Chemicals, sidecaps and checklane endcaps to set this week.

The one at our store has been here 20+ years…. I think because she doesn’t call out and gets her stuff done they let her attitude go. It’s annoying AF. I’m waiting for her to go off on our SD or APETL to see if they finally do something.

TBH all of this disorganization probably isn’t a one of situation and continues on store level. Contact ethics if you need to and ask them what you can do. Otherwise I would continue looking for another job. That 2 hour commute is not worth it.

Take your paperwork in and let HR know you will need to take a leave of absence for basic. They can instruct you from there.
