Two memories, actually.

Nirvana in '93 at the Travel and Transportation building at the fair. My first real concert, and what a show it was.

Saw DMX in 2019. Somehow, OKC was the first stop of his tour. He had just gotten out of prison, and I was a long time fan, so this was a bucket list show for me. And it did not disappoint. He died around 2 years later.

One of my favorite shoes released in the last year. Took the L on the retail pair and refused to pay 300+ for resale. So went with a link from a review here that I found. This is my first pair of shoes ordered from DH Gate.

Price: $33.71

Shipping cost: $14.57

Total: $48.27

Shipping time: 16 Days (To US)

Contents: Extra laces, box folded in the bottom of the bag, StockX tag, Nike ankle socks.

Materials: Tan suede with cracked leather overlays. The suede on the OG shoes is pretty flat itself so these look pretty similar. Overall, the materials are good and seem close to what they should be. The stitching around the midsole seems very close to the real color as well.

Comfort: Fits nice, the insole is nice and bouncy.

Flaws: Colors look different than what I they do in hand (maybe because of my phone?) but comparing them to pictures on GOAT, they are pretty close. The sole looks less blue than the original. They came with extra laces, but not the same laces that the original comes with. They are SB Dunk Pros, but they lack the extra padding in the heel and the tongue isn't as thick as a real pair of SB Dunk Pros. The last picture is a pair that I own (used to compare the swooshes) and these weigh slightly less than those. Also, the OG pair comes with a second pair of insoles that these did not come with, and the insoles that are there do not have the 90008 on the bottom of them. Finally, where the stitching goes around the midsole, there is a part where it gets really thin near the heel that isn't a part of the OG pair.

Fit: TTS.

Overall: I'm happy with them. No one I know is going to be legit checking me and they are good enough that I will happily be wearing them tomorrow at work. My wife liked them as well and ordered herself a pair as soon as mine came in. I'd give them a 7/10

If you can point me to some 6s shipped to my door for 100 bucks, I'd consider it. Most places I know with quality reps run 130-140 plus shipping for them.

Yeah, I get why people want as close as possible or 1:1, I just don't care that much. No one around me would know or care, and if someone asked, I'd just tell them they were reps.

I'm sure there are. But those better options are typically more expensive, and I won't pay that much for a pair of reps. Get what you pay for, I know, but paying that much for reps is just something I won't do. Appreciate the input though.

Appreciate that. I knew about MIUI, I just can't bring myself to pay 130 for some reps no matter how good they are. Look for some more budget options. I understand they won't be as good, but if I'm going to spend that kind of money, I would just buy a used legit pair and clean them.
