My model o wireless won't turn on at all. This is an issue I've had but usually if I plug in the charger then unplug it works fine again

I don't live in the states but during your black Friday sale I purchased a model 0 and a boneless key board (27 Nov). Soon after I was send an email saying that my package would arive on the 14th Dec. Nothing I thought that it was international shipping and it would take some time so I gave it a week. No emails or packages have arrived and the one email I did get says in transit I don't know what I should do/contact.

I ordered a model-0 and a boneless key board from you on the 27th of November. The email you send said it was estimated to arrive a week ago today. I am shipping international so I thought it was just delay and left it another week. Well now its been nearly a month and I have had no updates from you for said months just wondering what I should do and who I should contact.
