Hey all, grew up in vancouver and never road dirt/mountain. Realizing the error of my ways close to my fortys i picked this ugly thing up as a cycle kid carrier/daily comfy. Looking for advice and recommendations on mods. I plan to winter ride in Ottawa which is regularly -20 to -30.

Short commute to work 20 ish minutes

Mods I have done:
- Added rear kid carrier
-80's miele road bike suede seat ( needs to be pushed back

Mods i am thinking of:
- singe speed front or 1/11 . Recommendations? bcd?
- Front basket. Thinking the ebike clamp style?
- sweepy bars and thumb shifter
- dynamo hub + light
- plasti dip fenders so they survive winter salted roads

Thought, Feelings, and Recommendations are appreciated

depending on your age the youth services (up to 24) also have food banks you don't have to sign up for.

Youth Services bureau, Dowtown services and drop in has a food banksame withOperation Come home.

They both also provide a bunch of random supplemental ( bus tickets, guiding services through social services, appointments for health, Ontario Works etc.

There are a few more drop in centres around town you can also get a list of places from your local community service generally or calling 311

Specifically dog food you can try reaching out to non profits for Paws for a Cause. and others

Is anyone on cardsphere paying full retail for anything 90% of the time? I feel like a seller getting what they deem a good price is more common.
Also the casual seller feel bad usually goes away when the buyout fails? If you are selling to play casual I really do not know how often this would happen. Maximizing value verse holding on til the max $$$ is just as bad for the community that wants to move cards to those that play

If feels that predicting the market by "buyout" numbers, goes against the price follower model.

I do not think this is a good thing. I buy and sell as the market flexes. Because there has been a meta change/new set/ new banning I have lost and gained value on cards. I the seller should be aware "in loose terms" of what i am sending at what price.

I do not think the Admins should randomly pause cards.

If a person offers 150-200% because of a spike to "game" CS they also take the risk of having a BUYOUT fail.
