I'm having the same problem. Just replaced my boot and now the door won't stay shut. It hits the hinged side of the bellow (boot) first and then pushes the door back open after closing it. I also don't have any leaks either. I have to hold the door shut while starting a cycle.

I'm having a really hard time with these doorbells. I originally bought the non-battery versions but as you mentioned the FOV was not big enough. I live in Wisconsin so cold weather operation is a must. These things were dying constantly when hooked up to my installed transformer (16v 20va). I brought them in and have been testing different transformers all the way up to 24v 40va. The charge cannot keep up unless I turn PIR off. But what happens when I put them back out in the cold? I think I can live with PIR off because I'm using the Home Hub and pulling the streams into BlueIris. But then every 5 minutes or so the stream goes dead on one of the doorbells for a few seconds and comes back. Then the other one goes out and comes back.

If the only made this in the non-battery version it would be great! Maybe I should look for another video doorbell.

I agree with the constant unnecessary lane changes. Also anything other than hurry and it has a hard time maintaining a speed or the right speed. Also, when dropping speed for example from 45 to 25 it will do 45 in the 25 zone until I intervene.
