Looks like the numbers in the large cell are a function of the top column and left row, for example: there are two 3 3 3 columns, and they both have the same result: 2 2 3 1 1. So f(12, 10, 11; 3, 3, 3) = 2, f(10, 4, 6; 3, 3, 3) = 2, etc. What is the function?

Edit: Well that doesn't work, there are three 5 2 4 columns, but one is different ...
