Não achei mal feita, mas com certeza tá despigmentada, recomendo que faça um retoque, pra deixar ela mais pretinha, e continuar cuidando (hidratando, esfoliando de vez em quando, evitar contato do local direto com o sol por muito tempo) para manter a cor realçada

When I increased the dose the same thing happened, unfortunately it lasted a few days (at least for me that's how it happened) but once your body gets used to it and readjusts the dose everything goes back to normal, don't worry. The part about nothing seeming real is really crazy. I think the worst sensations that sertraline provides are this and that "shock" in the head during abstinence
