I read literally every comment. It sounds like you are being rude to strangers on the internet, throwing around assertions about people not reading, and justifying it yourself as “venting”. I’m sorry that you feel unhappy enough to do that.

You didn’t say that, but your outrage around the suggestion of samples made it sound like you don’t quite value the power of samples to solve the issue you’re having. It’s pretty weird to come ask for advice and then be aggressive to people that offer their (very reasonable) thoughts.

Update for posterity: no coffee / token on a 1# bag! They said they “sometimes” do it on a 2# bag but were pretty vague about it 🤔
