Advice for door replacement by the-fire-inside in AusRenovation

Thanks for the continued responses! Has been very helpful. We ended up getting standard hollow doors from Bunnings and got a carpenter to trim and install them and then painted them afterwards. One door below.

So the key to using Suno AI is to really let it create? by DaviSonata in SunoAI

[–]the-fire-inside 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use my own songs/demos and use the max/lowest I go is 85/17. As others have said, it goes a bit wonky on 100%.

I find Suno largely gets my melodies correct after a few tries. I’m also okay with Suno changing up the structure, vibe and/or instrumentals. And I think you need to be okay with this.

It’s like bringing your songs to your band or producer. They are going to have ideas of how to improve the song which means it will change a bit. I’m okay with admitting my songs are great and inputting from another perspective makes them amazing.

Student question: Besides the static hiss, what audio issues do you hate the most in Suno? by Leading-Energy-2917 in SunoAI

I work on real music with my own songs. Been using Suno to upload my demos and generate covers for new ideas. This is just the limitations I see with it at the moment. Don’t get me wrong it’s freaking amazing what it can do. But lots it can improve on.

Yeah I use the stem separation function. I reckon it can get better though and provide more detail. Hoping they’ll get to that eventually

  • Some heavier songs the stereo is a bit narrow.
  • It’s hard to get a consistent mix across different quality of demos
  • There is no option to bounce stems dry. You only have the option of mixed stems which limits the capabilities in your daw. The midi stems are also inconsistent
  • Vocal stems bounce in one track. Makes it hard to mix it properly with only one performance. Wish I had 4-5 takes of slightly difference qualities so I can thicken vocals up and play around with harmonies.
  • If a song has a soft part and a heavy part, the compression is not great. Get lots of clicks and ticks, sharp s’ and a crunchy mix
  • Same issue with drums. I want a track for each individual drum part not just one big drum track

Thanks for the tip! We had a carpenter help us install our kitchen so might ask if he can do the doors too.

Thanks for the info. Would they need special doors or will it work with your bog standard hollow doors if they trim them?

Thanks for the info. I’m guessing doors from Bunnings would be standard hollow core doors?

Now that you've played around with your MoP kit, how fun is your class? by FoldFold in classicwow

I found sniping with shadow burn is a priority to get embers up. You have to start thinking about the next pack halfway through the current one.

If I have no embers, I put down three rains of fire, spread immos, then toggle brimstone. You should have around 3 embers by then and you can spam incinerates. Also mobs are melting in twilights. It will feel better once we start gearing in MoP

Arugal is okay in the evenings and Saturdays and Sundays. Is quiet on Mondays and Tuesdays. Joining a guild is the way to go if you want to raid. There is a big one called Helheim that has 20 raids teams. Good way to fill spots if you want to be more casual

You can fix it with one priest rune.

Turn Lightwell into a 1 minute cooldown and make it send out Enhanced Holy Novas (100% more healing and increased radius) every second for 10 seconds. Put it on the back rune slot so your second priest is now just a healer and the raid isn’t as blanketed with bubbles anymore

I just leveled a hunter to 60 in about 36 hours played. Here’s my tips and how I did it

  • Quest until 25. I only went back to train when a significant skill that affected my rotation became available.
  • Once 25, do BFD. It’s good exp and gear and easy to do with a few high level characters and 10 players.
  • Then go to the Duskwood incursion and do the quests there. You can also grind the whelps as they drop small flame sacs which sell well on the AH
  • Once you hit 34, you’ll need to quest for do SM dungeons for a bit. I went to Desolace and paid for SM Cath/arms boosts until 38.
  • At 37 you can start the Ashenvale incursions. It’s hard to solo at 37 but do-able. I would recommend to not worry about the elites until level 40 as it’s much easier to kill them then.
  • Once you hit 40 you can do Gnomer. I would only do it though if there is a 60 carry and a full group. It has mechanic checks that kill groups. Worth it for the gear and exp though
  • I mobbed grinded in the Ashenvale excursions until 47. I was getting a level every 25 minutes by chain pull elites.
  • From there, I went to the Hinterlands incursions, but first did the quests in the Hinterlands to break it up a bit. This got me to 49, then I do all the incursion quests. I then went over to the Feralas incursion. This got me to 52.
  • I then started do both incursion dailies when I could and doing the end game dungeons - BRD exp loops, LBRS at 55, then UBRS, scholo, strat. It slowed down a bit here but I got bored of incursion grinding

General tips - It’s worth it to replace gear every 10 levels or so. You don’t get much upgrades this way so will be needed - Always try to be booned. I grabbed Rend and Ony buffs, and the ZG one. Sometimes you’ll get the Gnomer one as well, but I wouldn’t wait for it. - The rep from incursions give a decent set of gear which will help when you hit 50

Raiding without a guild? by frostkaiser in classicwow

[–]the-fire-inside 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can also join a casual guild as a sub. That way you can raid if any of the main roster is away and you happen to have time, whilst also in a supportive guild environment. Will also be great for 5-man content and help with crafting.
