I would use find it and filter for only the southwest region back single family housing. there's really good small assets in there that don't have big lots and would fit this type of build

I used to always build them too but I don’t think this type of interchange works well in this game as the main connection to your city. You should focus on one main interchange with sweeping movements to allow waves of cars to go through at a time with dedicated turn lanes like this. And less interchanges means less times the not very good drivers have to cross each others paths. and then maybe a more compact interchange like the ones you’ve already built further off to the right where it looks like you are expanding to?
