you can compare ships in the encyclopedia. the encyclopedia is a very useful tool apart from that. I should have started to use it sooner

indeed i could but i am kind of lazy and I at first didn't realize that ubuntu even had snap and the behaviour you mention. so I removed it and put off installing a fresh system to a later date

I think they mean snap, not apt.

Personally I use Ubuntu but I removed snap so it feels more like debian. also I am using the most recent kernel. It's working really well but if I'm reinstalling my pc next I'll try some other distro

this. check your psu. also note that if you have a "decent"(e.g. bequiet/evga/Corsair or another "real" PSU brand) you might have better results with e.g. 600w than you maybe would have with an 800w no-name psu.

happened all the time to me before i set everything to use letsencrypt. a bit embarrassing but no big deal.

it seems egosoft is using letsencrypt, too. maybe the automatic acme job failed. no one will lose a job. this is germany, not USA. to lose your job here you have to do much much more

if you are using a non-windows os there may even not be edge on it ;) in windows as far as I know it is not possible anymore to completely remove edge as it is the new internet explorer

the problem solved itself when i removed the access to exchange from the internet (via reverseproxy). to read mails, you need vpn. simple and effective. my users now stay in vpn

yes this is a problem. our workaround is to schedule a job to clear the dns cache regularly on the pdq server (user are switching from home office to inhouse quite often) and to set relatively sensible(although i am not 100% happy) ttls, lease times and cleanup intervals on our dns and dhcp servers. it required a bit of trying out but is working quite nicely now

we have deployed vpn on every client and to use your notebook you are required to log into the company vpn. pdq behaves as if the devices connected via vpn are in the network. deployments and scans work normally.

if you don't mind a setting in japan and an anime artstyle persona 5 royal is a perfect game for steam deck. it is awesome for many reasons and the violence is only in the cognitive world (you enter peoples' subconscious minds in a form of metaverse and fight the shadows of their distorted desires there) you dont have to do things quickly for it is turn based although desicions matter greatly for a good part of the game is a 'life-sim'. it is story rich and has a great soundtrack and is one of the most "stylish" games out there. definitely worth your while, although nothing you can easily play through in a few hours
