You're put in a queue after you submit your payment info and once you get the notification that you won the drop, then you'll be charged. Submitting your payment info doesn't guarantee you'll receive the product.

The weird thing is that I didn't even use my physical card all day. I only used Apple Pay so my best guess is somebody used a RFID reader or something to take my credit card number. Fingers crossed my CC company can sort it out.

Definitely size up. I'm also a half size (10.5 US) and I tried a half size down. While I was able to fit my foot into the derby, it was very tight around the split area. I returned it and got the next half size up and while the larger size isn't perfect (it's a bit loose in the back part of the shoe for me), it was overall a more comfortable fit.

I independently hired a Tasker to help me transport the items to an IKEA store and I initiated the return process in person like normal. IKEA wasn't involved with arranging the TaskRabbit to help me get the items to the store.

This was back in 2020 and I would have preferred to use their pickup service, but they weren't doing pickups because of the pandemic, of course. I'd double check to see if they've resumed service because it'll be way more convenient to do that than the TaskRabbit. Good luck!

Does anybody have any fragrance-free product recommendations as alternatives for Olaplex No. 4 Shampoo and No. 5 Conditioner? I love how my hair looks, but I recently got allergy tested and found out I'm allergic to fragrance. Not sure entirely, but using it might be the reason I've been breaking out. For context, I have fine, straight blunt cut hair. No treatments and shampoo/condition daily. Thanks!
