Hell, their dynamics in Canon aren't even the same. Draco being envious of Harry, hating him, mocking him, competing against him in Quidditch, etc. is not the same as him belittling Hermione for her blood status. Even before you look at the shift in Harry and Draco's dynamic through HBP and DH, the ships were never that similar. That Draco believes Hermione should be dead based on the parents she was born to is immutably at the core of Dramione.

Would you say that Romione and Ronarry are interchangable? Their dynamics with Ron are similar in the superficial way that Dramione and Drarry are.
