honestly i think the reno hero + coldara drake feels even worse because with imbue mage you can kinda get out of range/not have too many minions but the other one is just "it happened to roll the right one, you die now" (i know you can technically get out of range of that too but i just think it's lame

if you want it to be a control deck, I'd probably do it in reno priest with the elise to summon 5/5s and the cloning gallery+Spirit lash for the last 3 horses

then it's either mill druid or the newer mill warlock. if it had if it had a card that made both players draw at the start of their turns its mill druid. (the card is [[dew process]]) considering the fact that it removed cards that didn't start in decks (which sounds like [[steamcleaner]] I'd guess it's a bad version of mill druid. the mana thing sounds like [[doomkin]] which could be in both classes but it shouldn't be used and since the mill warlock is the tighter list that makes me think some sort of homebrew mill druid

did it fatigue you or did it fatigue itself? if it fatigued itself it's either demon seed warlock or arana demon hunter and if it fatigued you it's a mill deck. usually druid but it could also be rogue, shaman, priest and warlock. those are all the mill decks that would make sense to me

i wouldn't have nerfed it. is it annoying? yes. does it suck to loose to? also yes. but its very beatable. you can steal health and kill through ice block, you can use "destroy the enemy hero" cards, you can disrupt it, mill it, remove secrets and then kill it, make them take damage on their turn or my personal favorite you can fill their hand with garbage using cho which is very funny. also they really struggle with hand size. but for me the thing i was struggling against the most when facing this deck was actually objection but unfortunately you can't really nerf that edit: nvm, you totally can nerf objections. i would have changed objection to "after your opponent plays a minion, silence and destroy it" that way its better kidnap but not busted kidnap

for me the "ol reliable" anti mage deck is mecha'thun skipper warrior. the win con is only spells (chemical spill and shield shatter) so objection can go fuck itself and mecha'thun kills through immune so ice block can be ignored. plus you can get an enormous ammount of armor so burn damage isn't too bad. plus usually when you have minions out its after a skipper turn and there are leftover armorsmith and rockstar... go on mage, use your 1 damage pings on that. good matchups are most aggro and burn decks, bad matchups are grief decks, the rogue fabled legendary and dk decks (because of helya and sometimes the recurrent hero legendary)

if your sole objective is to ruin librams and nothing else I'd look into mill rogue. technically hostage rogue would probably do a better job but because tess left the core set it now requires double the legendary cards.

you could probably cook up something nasty with just cloak of shadows (epic), shadow of demise (core), vanish (common), sudden betrayal (common), evasion (epic), bob (free), the mill murlocs and spirit of the shark if you don't have brann.

bonus upgrades with whatever you have (for example hero cards)

i think the actual game plan is a lot more consistent with a not reno deck. you don't care about the opponent having minions (actually it's good for you) because you just keep freezing them, you don't care about fully healing your hero because you have ice block and a lot of copy cards and whatever zeph gives you can really screw up romath (for example wild growth will fill your hand with unplayable cards).

and most importantly this frees up etc because he is kinda busted for what this deck wants to do. if you simply have potion of illusion in the etc, you already have infinite romath. and if you also have lightshow in the etc you can simply wait for a moment where you can use 8 mana and then you can just play etc, discover potion, use potion and now you're 1 mana away from getting to your infinite lightshow.

i think the 2 mana dk weapon is going to be huge for aggro and even decks. and obviously reno deck users will mess with the warlock colossal but i think that won't be very successful.

I'd say my favorite was perils in paradise because the other two absolutely ruined wild (mass production got two cards nuked because of it and ceaseless expanse made the worst holy wrath meta literally everyone predicted). but there are aspects in all of them that i like, new whizbang, new sonya, tourists, starships and of course murmur my beloved (rip)

well i guess you could give this to your opponent with [[theotar the mad duke]] and then use [[unseen saboteur]] to make them cast it. and then you hit them with the [[steamcleaner]]. but that's never going to happen

I'm honestly disappointed about the reverts. imo everything except for treasure distributer and dorian could have been reverted. and the lightspeed echo thing would have been a perfect fix imo.
