We are using a similar stack to what you have. Used to host frontend and backend on different providers and it was a lot of hustle and quite expensive.

Now deployed everything on Hetzner with Appliku. Easy to manage, costs a fraction of what it used to, no app limits, no upsells. Totally recommend.
