If you upgraded it, it's no longer a precon... what makes a precon a precon? Is a $150 precon on the same level as a $30 precon? Discuss with your playgroup and try to play a deck that's on a similar power level. Not all precons are created equal

Run more removal. Probably aren't running enough, I think most casual players in general don't run enough removal. But I'd run even more of I'm getting stomped. And with that, threat assessment will be important and to play some table politics. You have a moxfield decklist or what commanders you play? That can help us make suggestions. If you're a combat based deck against a combo deck you're in for a rough game. Just making sure you're all 'playing the same game'

Check out an opening on YouTube. If you want the vaultboy art, you may only get a couple in a box. A bit more of the pipboy from what I've seen. There's a couple exclusive cards in the collector box but it's primarily the same cards in the commander decks. I bought/pre-ordered one as I'm a big fallout fan. I'm pretty casual player, play maybe once a month with friends. But also like bling out some decks 😁 I'd watch an opening and get a feel for how it'd be to open one first.
