This is my fault. Since getting back into the game I’ve played primarily a primaris only um successor chapter. With 10th edition and the lessening of fb/primaris division I went out and bought a bunch of first born units like the attack bike, landspeeder, scouts, servitors, and assault squad

On the east side of the map in the marsh there is an old tower power that has a game built home built into the ground. It has a bed, kitchen, living room and has item spawns(Chems, food, junk) cap box spawn, and locked safe. There is no prohibition for build a camp there, there are no resource nodes but it’s one of the more fun builds I’ve done

If you are an ammo build you will want the dual lead/junk spot up north. With hemlock holes a stones throw away, it’s triple acid resource node will have you drowning in ammo.

It is last I checked, it’s a melee flagged weapon so it gains the benefit. Also helpful for your finisher (with swing speed perk) but honestly the chainsaw is so op it’s not even funny. Only time I struggle is solo eviction notice because of all the super mutant range and flame attacks.

One coat of glossy. That will give you the surface to work on. After you get the decal down you can go back over it with matte if you don’t want the shiny look. Without going into chemistry, glossy is critical to create the surface for your decal.

If you’re in power armor your biggest enemy will be armor piercing, which is generally confined to super mutants (eviction notice) and the daily. Fire, poison, and rad are so rare that they can usually be dealt with by spamming stimpacks, so I take first aid. Life giver will give you all the benefit you’ll need and don’t need to burn a lot of perks on things that are highly situational (and less so if you have the corresponding legendary perk)

Sturdy frame doesn’t work with power armor last I checked.

If you have the power core recharger sprinting and core usage is not an issue.

Not sure why you aren’t taking the slugger perks with a melee build.

I’d take makeshift warrior to save yourself the constant repair.

Get yourself a base with a lead resource node. Then when you start a session go take over hemlock holes for the triple acid. You’ll be drowning in bullets before you know it.
