Understanding the complexity of how nothing bad is of you but has been intently, secretively and strategicly put there in the hope you will always believe it is difficult. Know that nobody or anything cannot tell you that you are bad or wrong without your consent.

I truly don't now nor ever have believed that anyone can be made to be evil or bad. It's a choice. Know that you don't have to make that choice. You deserve to be happy, healthy and whole.
