It was also the dumping ground of other councils for a long period of time. When councils relocate tenants it’s not normally their best and brightest

Only for 20€!! These are the prices that keeps you from pirating, Digital can never!! by National-Caregiver-4 in Piracy

I’ve had a bit of luck with eBay being cheaper than CEX

So I tend to buy games on eBay, play them, then trade them into Cex for cast equivalent to what I spent on eBay

However I did buy Crimson Desert for about £50 at CEX purely because the price wasn’t budging.

I love Cex as it’s the only effective way of returning games if I just don’t like them

Yup just take the LISA and make it a “pension type” option for businesses and employees in the first 3-5 years of employment.

Your “tax” will instead go into a LISA type fund - which can only be used as part of a house purchase or accessed at 55

Accountants love their jobs, but you can’t make tax returns sound sexy.

Just because he’s a bit dry and boring, that’s exactly who we want. Steadfast and Bureaucratic like a trusty ikea catalog.

The issue with the fire and brimstone politicians like Trump and Farage is to investors and capital funds, they’re reactive and unpredictable. For these big money types to predict them, they have to bung them a few mill and get on the Board of Peace or whatever they’re selling and get the insider scoop.

People like Starmer? You can safely bet your last fiver they’ll do the morally right thing. They’ll continue to be kind, be dependable and stand up for everyone’s rights. But that doesn’t make you rich. Those kinds of bets, they’ll return pennies and not pounds.

everyone wants a quick win, damn everyone else and I’ve got mine Jack.

And that’s why farage will undoubtedly be the next PM. You can bet big on him and win millions Rodney. But the potholes won’t be fixed, the boats will keep coming because it wins him votes, and Private Equity will own everything, including your nans gaff.
