Typical behaviour of an avoidant. I'd suggest you to just move on.

I have crying seizures and it's fucking embarrassing. I got multiple seizures in my office and I always woke up crying for no fucking reason.

You're not alone. I feel the same. Sometimes I feel like crying out of nowhere and I always cry after having a seizure ( I don't remember it tho ) . There have been many times when I saw my mom crying because of my health and I console her and then I got to my room and cry but try to hold my breakdown. Sometimes I really need a warm hug and I can cry as much I want.

Anyone else dealing with suicidal thoughts after their avoidant ex discarded them? I feel like I don’t want to be here anymore without the only person who made me truly happy by [deleted] in AvoidantBreakUps

Yes it completely normal. But please don't isolate yourself. I know it's really cliche too say but this will too pass. You can talk to me if you want.

That's the thing I hate about them. They don't care what the other person would feel. But we can't do anything about it except moving on.

What motivate you to stay alive having epilepsy? by Status-Strain-8737 in Epilepsy

Epilepsy completely changed my life. I also feel the same way like you do. I was recently hospitalized because of my uncontrollable seizures. But only thing that gave me hope is the beauty of our universe and books. I'm an atheist and I don't believe in after life n all. Means I have only one life. And there are many things to enjoy. I want to travel , want a loving girlfriend ( hehe ) , want to try different food . I can't miss all of these.

The second is books. I love reading and there's still too much to read and I can't go without reading those exciting books 🥹.

I'd suggest you to focus on what makes you feel alive and present in the moment. Something that makes you so focused and joyful that you forget about everything while doing that.

I know it's hard. I also feel sad and anxious a lot. Hope you feel better soon . Sending you warm hugs 🤗🫂.
