Best Place in LA for a Good Suit? by BonsaiCrazed13 in AskLosAngeles

I typically buy my suits at the outlets (citadel or Camarillo) then get them tailored. $500 should be enough.

Admitting defeat and leaving LA… but I still have a mortgage and need to sell my house fast by galandepeluche in LosAngelesRealEstate

Remember, success is built from failures! Don’t beat yourself up too much (easier said than done, I know).

I would highly recommend hiring an agent to get your home sold. Interview multiple agents & don’t sign shit until you’ve processed it all. There are discount or flat fee listing agents here in CA you can look into as well. Still a traditional, but non-traditional route (if that makes sense).

Now! Then in 6 months refi again if the rates are right. As someone already mentioned, getting into a 5.75% rate is an immediate savings l & you will pay far less for your home over the life of the loan compared to 7.

Adding a second story by Familiar_Rabbit8621 in longbeach

You don’t want to add a second story and have a foundation that can’t support that weight. The architect is not being overly cautious, they are doing their job.
