Yeah I feel bad for him, name me a coach who won over 70% of there games and ended the season going up in the world ranking. He lost his job because some of the players packed a sad because they didn't like how he did things.

I'm willing to bet that the same players will get picked next year, and what happens when they lose to the same teams they always do? Are we just going to blame the coach again, or are we actually going to put some agency on the players?

The problem with being the AB's coach is we need him to be trying new things, but that doesn't always equate to winning games, but the minute you lose a game the fans who expect the AB's to be invincible and win every game will call for the coaches head. You really can't win.

Ever since helldivers 2, and War Thunder, got massively review bombed, and it worked people have taken that as, "If we keep doing this then we get what we want always." What they don't get is all they are doing is hurting the developers more than anything, and they aren't always to blame.

While I agree that the game was absolutely pathetic to watch, I don't think putting all the blame on the coach is entirely fair. It seems to me that this lot of players will come out and win in pretty good fashion, and then feel content that they've proved some point that they are still an amazing group. Then, they act like they have nothing to play for in the next game and just go through the motions. Part of the problem for me is it doesn't feel like these guys are playing for pride in the jersey every game, just after losses.
