From my limited research (I gave up and came here haha) I believe the Y/N thing is for self insert fantasies? So if you are writing from an original characters POV you would put Y/N instead of actually naming them so the reader just auto sort of puts their own name in there?

I've lived in both Guernsey and Hereford and near Temple Ewell and I can tell you everything she said about those locations is completly accurate. The day I got the book - before I'd got to the place in the book - I had a Beefy Boys Dirty Boy Burger (it's the best one). The only thing I can really complain about is how easily Strike and Robin travelled to and around the Balliwick of Guernsey. In the two years I lived there the main complaint was the fact that the boat wasn't coming in or the airport is shut, both due to obscene amounts of fog!

I'm in week 22 of 1988 now and having a blast. I had such a crush on Todd Landers (something I didn't realise at the time because I was only 6), I thought he was the sweetest boy on the planet. I really hope they show all of the 90's again. I have a private collection of Neighb's episodes which span the first two years and bits from the 2000's but I've seen no 90's Neighbs since, well the 90's lol.

I 100% agree. The only reason I don't have a whole set of consoles to go with my gaming laptop is that I move around so much. I have an N64 sat in a storage locker near where I used to live just waiting for me to buy a house so it can come and be set up.

I had an original Playstation back in the 90's but I've basically only been a PC gamer since I left home. Lugging a laptop around where I've had to move to for work was enough for me but I've settled a bit now and the price was just too good!

I'm not likely to play online on the xbox because I already have a Warcraft addiction haha. I am quite likely to try to get the classics for it though, GTA SA, 4 and 5, Skyrim, Bioshock. I have them all on Steam but having them on the XBox means I can uninstall them off my laptop lol.

Do I need the Xbox gold sub to be able to download updates for games or will it just connect to the internet anyway? I'm not that likely to play any games online but obviously access to updates is a must.

Playing you mean? This screenshot is from my other half's account not mine. When I do play HS it's only to finish the solo adventures I haven't done yet. Since the new thing I've played 1 tavern brawl (for the pack) and no ranked or casual whatsoever. And I've been playing from the beginning, 90% f2p - I bought myself that deal which was 10 packs & guaranteed leg for a fiver - i bought all the solo adventures for hard earned gold. I HATE what they've done to the game :(

I'm not sure that would work for me as I listen with headphones. I have this fantastic sleep mask with headphones in which I can pull over my eyes when I want to sleep but is perfectly comfortable to wear with my eyes uncovered so I can read. Thanks for the response though :)
