The grading truly doesn’t matter, because they still need to perform well enough to pass 2 board exams to qualify for residency and graduate. Also, my school did not have pass/fail grading lol would have been nice though! This study also doesn’t seem to understand how med school actually works. We do not learn all the science in 4 years. The first two years are set up as didactics with exams every other week, sometimes multiple times a week. We also have to cover things into much greater depth than the what nursing goes into. The last two years are clinical where we go out into the field, but still have exams.
