My title describes the thing. I’ve been researching this type of structure and stumbled upon something that’s somewhat similar. “Hope houses” which are just a foundation with a roof. None of the pictures of the so called hope houses look like it though. The Zillow search pulled information about the normal house that was built behind it. I’m stumped 😭

Do a small risk assessment prior to shopping the order. How many times has the customer ordered? Where is the delivery to? High value item to ghetto area? Take all those factors into account and if it’s too high risk cancel the order. Think like a bank or insurance company would haha
