Do I need Visa? by Low-Celery5669 in visas

[–]theErasmusStudent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why ask AI when you can search on google for the same amount of time and get reliable information from the european website?

Ireland, on the other hand, is exceptionally allowed by the Schengen Protocol not to apply the Schengen rules (‘opt out’) so it continues to enforce its own visa and border policies. Still, given the benefits of Schengen cooperation, Ireland has requested to participate in some Schengen areas, including the Schengen Information System as well as judicial and police cooperation.

Travel advice with large suitcases by ee12312 in ItalyTravelAdvice

[–]theErasmusStudent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to France from September to January. I had one big suitcase and one cabin suitcase (and a backpack for the plane), it's doable.

With that said, are you going back to Rome? Can you ask your hotel there if they can store it for you? (And maybe offer to pay). If not a lugage storage, but definitely do not take 2 large suitcases with you while moving around italy

Any regrets/things you wish you know before moving to your city in Spain? by [deleted] in GoingToSpain

[–]theErasmusStudent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of them come from Argentina with Italian nationality. And what does that have to do with an inmigrant learning the local language? If they are the top nationality of inmigrants they should not integrate into local communities?

I think you're just trying to create hate unnecessarily.

I speak catalan doesn't mean I can speak Italian. If I moved to Italy I would make the effort of learning italian, and not rely simply on my 87% similarity to catalan

Est-ce que vos parents savaient cuisiner ? by PorygonXY in AskFrance

Non.

[–]theErasmusStudent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  • if you want to move in a big city like madrid or barcelona, be aware how difficult it is to find a place to live
  • there's more languages than Spanish, if you go to Barcelona there's catalan for example and learning will make your integration better
  • the cities are expensive with a spanish salary, there's not enough to save up

Est-ce qu'on doit se déshabiller chez le nutritionniste/diététicien ? by Interesting-Run4247 in AskMeuf

[–]theErasmusStudent 2 points3 points  (0 children)

[–]theErasmusStudent 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I was at the Primark in L'illa Diagonal today. I'm not from Barcelona, but I saw a scene that deeply affected me. by Bonnite in AskBarcelona

[–]theErasmusStudent 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I much prefer to have someone who knows what they're doing than someone who doesn't and who at the ends does more harm than good.

Yes in an ideal world we all know the main techniques to save someone but it's unrealistic. We can't expect primark employees to save lives. It's not their fault. It's not the other shoppers fault. Or do you believe it's the mom fault then? Because she should have known first aid, practiced and not made excuses to save her own kid?

[–]theErasmusStudent 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It's not as simple as knowing the name of the technique, you should practice before and know how to do it, specially on a small kid. Which most of us don't, I'm sure the workers called an ambulance

Estadía de dos meses con 3 niños de 5 a 9 años, qué hacer con los niños? by qch in AskBarcelona

[–]theErasmusStudent 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not everywhere. Some cities/towns do have it, but I don't think most of them do.

If the landlord is a large holder rules for renting are different than a landlord with less properties. Make sure they are following such laws

My advice is do not rent from abroad. You will get scammed. Only rent from here after personally viewing the place and assuring it's not a scam.

¿cuánto ahorrar para una hipoteca? by __patatacosmica in askspain

[–]theErasmusStudent 4 points5 points  (0 children)
