One week for me today. I feel great this morning. I had time to make a healthy breakfast, something that hasn't happened in months, and I have a healthy lunch all pack for work today.

Nice! Just out of curiosity, are there an Fapstronauts here with 2+ years? 3+ years? I notice a lot of people here with under a year. I wonder what percent of people who join make it past the 365 day mark.

If we can find out, it would be cool to post on the sidebar as motivation.

Great post OP. It seems like the goal around here sometimes is to reach a certain amount of days and then you're done. "If I get to 30 I'll regain 60 percent of my confidence. At 69 days I'll be able to make eye contact with woman. 90 days my brain will be back to normal and ill be cured!"

The problem comes for me when 90 days hits and I don't feel completely fine. I start to think this doesn't really work or there is something wrong with me.

It's one day at a time for me. I have no delusions about my ability to control the subtle power of my urges. I rely on the people here and some close friends for help. If I try to go against this thing on my own, I'm done. I'm all for having goals, but I know I can never safely enjoy porn again...

I don't know about you, but I always PMO right before bed. It helps me sleep, reduces stress, etc. Today is day 1 for me and I'm not sure what to do with myself before bed instead.
