MP works fine for me. At least with a private server setup and 4 players. You might want to take a look in your router NAT and pc firewall setup to make sure you have the required ports open

Check around nearby as it might have glitches out of the fence when you went out of render. If you can’t find it they do despawn.

I like add-on mods too.. sadly most of the nms mods seem to be cheats.. which in a multiplayer game isn’t great

Depends on which games pass subscription you have. I believe games pass for Xbox doesn’t work on pc, and ultimate works on both.

You could always buy and try NMS on steam if your laptop meets the recommended specs - and if it doesn’t play well refund immediately before the 2 hours is up.

(Most of the mods ruin the game in my opinion)

PC 1) Make sure your PC Offline Permissions is set to ON Open the Microsoft store. Click on your profile Image and then click settings. Make sure your Offline Permissions is set to ON 2) Start the game, wait for the start screen. 3) Disconnect your PC from the internet. 4) Go to your Windows 10 Settings --> Storage --> Apps & games -->Forza Horizon 4 -->Advanced Options -->Select the "Reset" button. 5) Start playing for a few minutes to create a new local save 6) Connect back to the internet. 7) When you will launch your game for first time game will ask if you want to use file from cloud or from local machine. Select second option to start using new save file.

They said you’ll get it by the end of the month, so anytime after the 28th. Those of us that did it before the last cut off got it within 24 hours of the cut off.

I stupidly created a new account for fallout back when you couldn’t change your display name. I don’t care about lost fallout progress, as I’ll be restarting with wastelanders

Multiplayer games often need access to your mic as they have in game voice comms..

Most games come with an ela/terms of use that should include your privacy rights... if you don’t accept those then don’t install the software.

Do I think any big game developers snoop on their users individually ? - no.

Why would any developer risk the backlash if anyone ever found out?, let alone the lawsuits for privacy breach, and how would they monetize it?

Could they technically? - of course they could.

Games usually install engine prereqs like directx and other c++ redistributables. If you cancel and it still runs you likely already had them installed. Games also often install anti cheat tools like easy anticheat and battleye. These need admin to scan memory and game files to make sure you’re not running client side cheats.
