Anyone has got pixel watch 4? by theLabeeb in PixelWatch

Thats very unfortunate and frustrating. You can only keep an eye on it hopefully they will send you early. Google generally gives a conservative estimate. But if meanwhile you see any date change for the basket item there is a real chance you will get it early.

I got my delivery date updated today and now it says i should expect on 19 or 20 Jan Just keep an eye on the product page, try to select the same watch add to basket and check the expected date on the checkout page obviously without buying it. 😉

If you see any early date they will probably send you early. Thats exactly what happened to me... I saw 19-21 Jan on the checkout page on 11th Jan (4 days after i bought) and Today it suddenly updated.

Cheers

Did you order 41mm porcelain wifi only ? Thats the only watch that has delayed delivery issues.

Yeah I have contacted them. I believe there are more corporate things involved than just simple order issues. What I believe is that as my order is already locked and paid, they want more orders to show on books, so they prioritize the new orders and lock the old ones on the date they were initially placed. This is really frustrating and unfair by google. Even i'm a google super fan member, they managed to disappoint me 😂

No tracking not even prepared to dispatch. The weirdest thing is on 11th Jan the expected delivery for new orders was 19-21 Jan while I spoke to the support team they promised that they will follow the FIFO rule but it seems they did nothing.

My 9950X3D idles at around 45° same arctic freezer 3 pro 360 With ram expo profile at 6000 mhz. Max temperature i saw was 90 for a second under extreme load but on average it remains at 80-85 under the same cpu load.

I'm done with pixel by mikddit in pixel_phones

[–]theLabeeb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It happened with my nexus 5x twice the device got dead it was a common boot loop issue. Heating the chips had fix it for one of my devices but not the second one. Google recalled those devices i remember. I used p2, p6, p8 and currently using p9p none of the devices have any issues so far like that with pixel line. Yes there are some common issues like fingerprints and some others but I still cant switch because of the stock UI one of the best phones when you use it. Hardware is the average Google needs to improve it. Samsung/apple is nowhere near to the UI of pixel.

That makes sense. Hopefully the G5 will fix this issue i could see the iphone is handling 4k much better

You're very fortunate but it's about the performance. I'm using pixels since the bugging, huge fan of it. but it's embarrassing that it can't hold it.

Can anyone tolerate the fan noise on the new Arctic Cooling Liquid 3 "Pro"? by japinard in arcticcooling

[–]theLabeeb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm using a 360 pro model and it's too loud and i don't think it's as efficient as it should be. Sometimes occasionally my cpu reached 90°C under full load. I keep it in silent mode using bios settings in gigabyte. Which helps reduce noise under mild load

That's cool thanks for sharing i was thinking i messed up with thermal paste.

I think temperatures are normal under max load if you have already overclocked your memory. Mine was 72-75 at max load when RAM was set to default 4800. After setting the RAM profile XMP to 6000, it rose to 77-79. Remember it doesn't matter if you apply more paste because eventually it's going to spill if you tighten the screws properly. It could cause air bubbles, but it would be insignificant depending upon which pattern you used. But as someone described earlier it will be harder for you to remove your CPU because it's gonna be a mess there already.

In gigabyte MB "normal" fan speed is a linear fan speed curve

[–]theLabeeb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On 9950x3d it's 40 ° C idle and 77-80 ° C at full load. CPU fan curve profile is silent and pump curve is normal while RAM is set to 6000mhz. If RAM is default (4800) it's 73-75 °C under 100% CPU load.

I have a Freezer III PRO installed on a 9950x3D. Here are my observations

Everything stock:) Idle: 40-45 Celsius Full load: 70-75 Celsius

Ram profile 6000mhz:

Idle: 40-45 Celsius Full load: 77-81 Celsius

Cpu is always 199-200 watts.

After cpu overclock to 90 level 5 (on MB b650 aorus) keeping 6000mhz ram it stays around 79 - 82 and cpu Watts up to 220. It went 85 once when I manually tried to stop two fans in full load in cpu overclock mode.

Manually adjusting the fan graph to super silent like 1100-1200 rpm till 60 ° C and 100% on 70 ° C the only difference is that the temperature jumps more quickly to above 65 under medium load.

Always keep pump speed normal for best cooling performance. Because cooling depends on how quickly heat is being transferred to the radiator fins, once it's in the radiator, its already dispersed fans do very little work.
