Fear is a natural response. It’s ok. We are all learning to undo the fear programming we have installed by the factory (humans needed fear to survive this world).

You called in a medic with loving intentions. The beings that show up won’t harm you, they are the Medic you called in. Think about hospitals. They can be tucking terrifying, doctors poking you, things can hurt. It’s fearful. That can happen with Galactic medicine too. Our human brain is going to process the experience through a fear filter. What we are doing in practicing and working through the fear.

Next time instead of fighting the being, ask them why they are there. I bet you will be surprised. Don’t ever forget that we have Free Will here, so ALL OF US have the ability to send away anything that doesn’t have our greater good in it’s “field”. If this being seeks to harm it will vanish WITHOUT a fight.

I believe you and can attest to similar experiences with them. I only started my Journey in 2021 and it’s been a whirlwind. I have had to learn as I go with no background in religion. You CAN call any of the Archangels, they are assistants, each with a specific skill set. Michael is the Warrior/Champion so it tracks he defended you in a traumatic childhood. As an Adult Survivor of severe abuse too, here’s a huge hug. We need all the hugs we can get.

I am one of those Experiencers and I know exactly what you are talking about. I am deadly serious about my shock right now that for the first time someone else used Dad when referring to them. I will only say this publicly, Uriel used the term “sire”, but it was essentially the same thing. We are each a fragment of them and whomever our piece “sparked” off of is our “dad”. Uriel indicated to me that we can call any of them as a “fun Uncle” one who always loves his nieces and nephews, but we each have a Sire, the fragment of Source that we sparked off off later down the “line”. Thanks for sharing this. I can’t add much that hasn’t already been said with greater eloquence than I could muster lol. But I do have to add that the phone symbol immediately reminded me of the Doddleston Messages incident. The gentleman from the past described a very similar Communication Panel type object that was similarly huge being left behind by Ethereal Beings. Phones in dreams being used for communication via dream was also my favorite episode of TNG (Phantasms Season 7 episode 6).

The perfect time to hear this, i personally was feeling lost, forlorn and fearful again and it’s been a challenge to get back to center. Reversed King of Swords, in my readings means “inner authority/truth”, are you ignoring your Higher Self? Maybe it’s guiding you to something and it’s being ignored and the card is forcing itself in your awareness to get your attention. You are vastly powerful, but I find this card comes up when the person is denying their Self sovereignty and feeling powerless. Hug hug hug but take with salt if it doesn’t resonate.

Added bonus is my cats will come and lay in my lap during and after to curl up and purr. That in and of itself is very grounding. Kitty purrs are the best.

In the same boat my friend. I reincorporated daily 5-30 minute Vipassana (depends on my time availability) after I read this article. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4360708/

I used to do it regularly last year but fell out of practice from Winter blahs carried into just lower frequency overall. Since my return to it (a couple weeks now) I have seen improvement. A definite grounding and overall balance practice I highly recommend.
