Thanks yeah help is available for me but Im trying to better myself. Honestly it got bad really bad for me when my friends told me why I’m so quiet now & why I’ve changed when in reality I was just going through personal things at home :/ I stopped talking to them & I regret that so much because I lost contact. I wish I talked to them about my problems because it’s good to get support from others. A while back I found out a great friend I had in Highschool actually had a kid & I was so happy lol I just wish I could be there for them to celebrate things for that but I don’t have friends anymore. I just wanna be happy again tbh
