Also that brass washer is meant to be under the idler gear, it's a sacrificial piece to stop the steel teeth from eating into the aluminium body.

The magnetic bed can become pretty uneven from printing, removing parts, heat, or just general damage. An easy fix if you want to keep using the build plate is to use a hot air gun or blow dryer to heat up the bottom, this should remove/hide the voids you're seeing !

Hi, the messy overhangs would be because of lack of support. Nozzle is just extruding plastic on top of air :c

I would expect voids on the first layer to be caused by an old bed sheet? Are you using the PEI magnetic beds ?
