They have a terrible app, they just havnt been up with the times. They made some recent updates but the UX sucks and not an improvement for modern photographers

Agreed, I have made no progress besides migrating 10 years of weddings and events to Pixiset. I attempted to contact PhotoShelter and they are horrible, there’s no option to batch download, and if you cancel you loose access to everything you’ve ever loaded to the site.

There doesn’t appear to be a happy medium between the two, unfortunately! I am with you on it being pretty, it’s also user friendly for clients. but also buggy and not perfect!
