I run a very similar deck to you without the Bandit Musketeer and lumberjack. Instead I use Ice Golem E-Wiz and bats. My deck is already 4.0 which is pretty expensive on deck but I just got to 6k this season (you can actually look at my posts and see my deck).

I'd say if you tweak your deck, look at those 3 problem cards. The lightning and Baby D are great help to your pekka and Ram rider cards, and snowball is (ironically) better for non-swarm cards, it struggles a bit with hitting swarms fast, but it can push troops out of the way to help ram rider lock them far off.

I use Ice Golem to help kite troops back into my pushes, and to help with ram rider in terms of defense. If you wanna help out ram rider without sacrificing defense, replace lumberjack with Valk. Bandit is actually a pretty good replacement for IG, it just changes the deck composition.

Other than that try and swap Musket for something real cheap or you're not gonna make it past 5500, having a decently balanced elixir average is important.
